Personalised Therapy for Recovery
Therapy is a unique relationship aimed at promoting your recovery. During approximately 50-minute sessions, Clinical psychologist Alana Greco will assess your difficulties, gain an understanding of your life, and develop a personalised plan to help you achieve your goals. The initial appointment ensures a comfortable fit and collaboration. Together, you will discuss and agree upon a treatment plan and estimated number of sessions.
